Sorry to hear that there's difficulty downloading the correct version of It Takes Two.
If you haven't already, can you please confirm that the accounts have been linked properly by checking your EA account and seeing if the right Xbox account is linked? You'll want to make sure the accounts are linked properly for EA Play to register. Please note that it may take a bit for the accounts to be synced up right. If everything looks good there and the issue persists, please try the following steps:
- Ensure you're logged into the same account for the Xbox app and Microsoft store, so that the Game Pass is under the right Xbox account
- Close both the Xbox and EA App
- Clear EA App cache to try syncing up those entitlements
- Close the EA App again, open the Xbox app, and download from there.
