lost games from orgin to ea app transfer

I lost my games doing the tranfer how can I get my games back

    Hi @eves781,

    I've split your post off into it's own thread.

    If your games are missing from your library, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here.

    I switched from Origin to the new EA App just today. After finishing the process I had to see that all the games I owned in Origin had been deleted from my library except for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

    How do I recover the games I owned?

    @julesg3256 

    Did you originally purchase The Sims 3 and Medieval directly through Origin? 

    If so, please check for both of these games in the Order History on your EA account to verify if you're currently logging into the correct EA account.

    hi @EA_Solaire
    so i have the same issue as the person you responded too, and i made sure i was logged into the right account. And i am, i play on my mac and sometimes my pc, but when i want to play sims 3 i play on my pc because my mac cant hold the sims 3.
    when i saw that origin switched to ea., i thought my sims 3, and sims medieval would switch over, but i was wrong. i have tried many times to find different solutions but i cant find any that work, and when i search for the games on ea., it says i have to buy them, when i already bought them when i had origin.
