Mac EA app - Sims 4 Language Defaults to Czech After Migration (2024)

I'm encountering a similar issue but with Russian and Czech languages. I'm using the Mac OS version, and my system language is set to Russian, including OS, Origin, EA App, and Sims 4, all in Russian...

Hi, I have a problem with the language in The sims 4. When I played through the Origin platform, I had the entire game in English. Now, after switching to the EA app, it automatically launches the game in Czech language. I have the app set to English, my macOS system is in English, and I selected English during the download and installation of the game. I don't know if it's assigning me to some marketing segment, but I need my game to be back in English. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.

    Hey @Bgame23 This could indicate that the game version registered on your account does not support English and was purchased in a different region. You can contact our support team so we can check the game version registered on your account.
