MAC model name: MacBook Air Apple M2

Version of MAC OS: Sequoia 15.3.1

Timestamp: Started a couple months ago 

When error occurs: when trying to open EA App

Current version of EA App: whatever the most recent is because i have deleted and redownloaded the newest version available
