Hello there!
For about a week now, I've been consistently encountering the same error message on my MacOS (Sonoma 14.4.1): "The App crashed unexpectedly. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it." This issue didn't occur immediately after switching from Origin, so it seems to be a recent development.
I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting the app and my laptop, deleting and reinstalling the app together with uploading Origin and switching to the EA app, and checking my memory usage. Despite these efforts, the problem persists, and I continue to experience crashes with the same error message.
I've already reported this issue to customer support, but I'd appreciate it if others experiencing the same problem could share their feedback.
Hopefully, this will help prioritize resolving the issue.
