Please take a look at the title of this thread. This thread is for reporting the "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed" error in the EA app for Mac ONLY.

If you're experiencing the "Something went wrong" (EC:106, make sure to check the number) error on the EA app for Mac, please report it here and share the requested information on page 1 of the thread.


If you're experiencing any other issue or error, please create a new thread.

@EA_Leeuw I agree with them we have the two types of error message so how to know wich discussion choose ??? I have also the TWO error message EC:104 and EC:106 but as you don’t understand us….
