Mac EA app - "The app crashed unexpectedly" or "Background Services Crashed"

@EA_Leeuw Frustrating!! When are you going to fix it!! I told you that my problem is not what you write here. So I wrote a new one and there is no answer so far. Is this how foreign countries treat consumers? I don't understand! And the problem hasn't been fixed at all. How much pain should consumers suffer? And how long should I wait without feedback? Give me back the origins of the past so I can play the game. Looking at the first page, I think it's been a long time since the problem occurred, but nothing has been resolved. I wonder how you guys solve this problem. At least reply when the consumer writes! Plz
