MacOS 15.8 - EA App - No ability to search for SIMS 4
I downloaded the EA App... There is no search bar to search for SIMS 4 as the directions stated. SIMS 4 is not in library. We cannot download/launch the base game. How can we access the game?

If that doesn't work, what country are you in? The game is unavailable in certain locations.
I am in the USA. That link takes me to the same place I was trying to get the game from. It requires the EA App to be downloaded. After we do that.. there is nothing in the EA App for me to select to launch game or to search for Sims 4 to get it.

Hey mommy99RAGEegon,
From the screenshot you've included, it looks like your EA App is missing the 'Home' tab, which is usually above the 'Library' tab and is where you would find the game to download.
Can you try a clean reinstall of the EA App to see if the home tab appears then? Once it does, you should be able to scroll down on that page and locate The Sims 4 to download.
