Madden not showing up in EA game lobby after a failed download.

I bought the digital PC version of Madden 24. I launched the EA game library and signed in. I redeemed the code and Madden started to prepare the download. After an hour of Madden trying to download...

Hi there @Zoltenburg62,

Try clearing the cache for the EA app and let me know if you see Madden in your game library again then please.
