Mass Effect Legendary edition wont download

ive been trying for a while now following different forum posts on options to get around this but nothing seems to work.. it always pops up an error saying unable to download at this time please try again later.. ive cleared cache and completely uninstalled and reinstalled the ea app as well as tried changing location data as some people suggested that on some other posts.. nothing ive tried seems to work so im not sure what else to do now but the game just wont start downloading
im on windows 10 pc using the ea app to download it
