Missing add-ons
Today when I logged in my game a lot of my add ons are missing & it’s asking me to pay for them all over again when I already purchased them please help me

Hey Gogetter19862015,
Are you referring to Sims 4 add-ons, and are you playing on console or PC/Mac?
If you're on PC/Mac, please check your order history to make sure you're signed in on the same EA account you used to purchase those packs. If you're on console, please try restoring your licenses on PlayStation and making sure your add-ons are installed under Game Library > Your Collection > The Sims 4 > Add-Ons.
