I had purchased Fifa 16 back in 2016 on Origin, but now in my EA app, I don't see the game. I have all the other games I had purchased before EA app replaced Origin, but Fifa 16 is missing.
I've contacted EA support several times and I have tried all the steps they suggested such as clearing cache, restarting the app, checking hidden games folder, logging out and in, but still no success.
Any suggestion would be great!
My FIFA 22 game has also disappeared from my game library. I don't know when this will be resolved.
Have you found a solution? I contacted support and there is still no resolution.
Bumping this thread since I have the exact same problem and am getting very frustrated with the situation. The game in question (FIFA 16) shows up in my order history but not in the game library on the EA Deskopt App (PC). Contacting customer support did not help either, but rather directed to these forums.
