Missing games from EA app

Decided to log into another one of my EA accounts (which I haven't used ever since Origin became EA app) and literally all of my games are missing!!

I am logged into the RIGHT account before that is suggested and tried to contact support as well, however everything I've ever purchased or even downloaded for free (except for the sims 4 and dragon age's character creator, which I downloaded recently) only shows up on my purchase history with a sort of code -for some reason I can't see names, only codes and EA support chat claimed they can't access whatever games those codes represent- I literally have no way of proving I owned those games other than figuring out those codes. Last time I logged into Origin with this account all my games where showing up just fine: The Sims Medieval, The Sims 3, Dead In Bermuda (a free game, which was one of Origin's monthly gifts) and probably more as my purchase history has quite a long list but I don't remember every game. 

I've tried logging off and back in, deleting cache and restarting the app but nothing works. I shouldn't need to buy any of my games again just because EA app decided to forget about my games. Please help ☹️

EDIT: The Sims Medieval was purchased through Origin and still isn't showing up. I don't mind The Sims 3 being missing because I have it on a different account, but I really want the sims medieval.
