Missing my Redeem Code

Hi everyone !  My CPU crashed  & since i reboted it & downloaded the EA App again & logged in still cant play my games coz the redeem code as i lost it even on my e-mail.  Any help plz thx

    Hey SPRAYTHEDAY​,

    So just to check: you had to reinstall the EA app, and are you now missing games? Or did you specifically buy something recently and didn't get a code to redeem it?

Hey EA QueenBee !

Yes i had to reinstall EA app. Now i had to download again the games that i have but it tells me to put the game code that i dont have.
