EA App INST Errors When Installing

Yes, at first I couldn't even open the EA app or any games it would come up with an error pop up. I uninstalled the app to reinstall it in hopes to maybe fix the issue but now every time I try to reinstall the app it will not finish downloading and I just got the exact same error report recently.

Summarize your bug EA app wouldn't let me open the application itself or any games associated with EA. After uninstalling to reinstall the app and the games, it will NOT let me redownload the app at all.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to reinstall or do anything with the EA application or any associated games.
What do you expect to see? An answer and a solution for the issue.

After issues with the EA app (not letting me open the EA app at all, or any games associated with it, giving me error pop up messages that I have not seen before) I uninstalled the application to reinstall it in hopes to fix the issue; however, when I went to reinstall the application, it will download a majority of the way then tell me that there was an error in my download and that I need to retry the download, it says its a code INST - 3 - 1920 sometimes, and I CANNOT get the app to download at all. I have tried restarting my computer, troubleshooting, checked my internet connection; however, it does not work. I am not able to reinstall the application, while I just spent a lot of money a few days prior on my game. I have tried to reach out multiple times (all via email except one phone call) via email they will without fail tell me to go to "clear my cache" with the app or give me troubleshooting tips that do not help my situation. The phone call that I got I was told that I would have to wait for an answer/solution to my problem? I have seen multiple other people complain about this and get the same answers as I did. I'm super confused about what is going on? It's weird that I was basically kicked off the application just to not be able to reinstall it at all. Is there anyone that has the answer or solution to my issues? That would be greatly appreciated.  

I "Repaired" instead of uninstalling just to prevent any system errors/having to reinstall in windows all the C++, and restarted my PC after repairing the last one. and it worked fine.
