Missing Sims 3 DLC

Question

I had a redeemable code for The Sims 3 World Adventure Expansion and added it onto my EA app. It said it had been redeemed and gave me the option to download but when I clicked on it, it took me to my download queue but it didn't show up and I now cannot find it anywhere.

I've looked though my dlc and only have to option to purchase it. I googles the problem and have restarted the app, cleared the cache and restarted my laptop but nothing has worked.

I have reported it as a bug but does anyone have any other tips to try?
