My account has been hacked, and i cannot play my steam games.

First of all my english is terrible, sorry about that, my ea account is completely replaceable, I don't have any purchased games here. My Steam account is linked, so I can play my purchased games. the guy who hacked me put his email and set two-factor verification, for this reason i cannot unlink my steam account. can anyone help me please
