My ea app doesn’t let me in

I’ve tried opening the EA app, uninstalling it, reinstalling it, updating my computer, and restarting my computer, but nothing seems to work. I’m hoping someone can help me fix the issue so I can access the app. When I try to install it, it freezes on the installation page.

    Hi there, do you see any error messages during the installation process? Also, have you tried running the EA app installer as admin?
