my ea app only shows librar

When I try to log in my EA App it only shows my library, I can't buy new games or access any other pages

Hey @JoaoSauerBR

Can we give the following steps a try first?

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

Saame, I've cleaned my cache, I've repaired it, gone offline and back "online", I've uninstalled and reinstalled it through their complicated uninstalling process, and it still loads my library and nothing else. Everything suggested online doesn't work and I've tried following the instructions they left under yours to run the System File Checker Tool and literally the first step is to enter "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" into your computer navigation bar and it pops up, I select "Open" a box flashes like it's going to open and then disappears and nothing actually opens. Heeeellllppppppp!!
