My EA app will not install the updates on The Sims 4
I have windows 11, and have not had any issues until I tried to update it to the lasted update. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled EA app and The Sims 4. Recovery, etc. Nothing seems to work. I can now at least play it again. But it's not updated.
What would be extremly helpful is is EA app would have an option to manually update our games like Origin had.
louie6 If you repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), you'll have the fully updated version without needing to actually run an update. What game version do you see in the lower-left corner of the screen? It should be 1.112 as of this writing.
cattymccarty Is your game downloaded, or are you still getting errors when you try? If the latter, please post a screenshot of the error.
