    • Clear your device’s cache.
    • Add an exception for the EA app in your firewall and antivirus software.
    • Temporarily disable any VPNs or proxy services you may be using.

    Let me know if the issue persists after trying these steps.

  • Hello, i have the same issue for 3- 4 days. I have followed all the steps that the AI ​​recommended to me. cleared cache from EA app, DNS, app reinstall. deleted EA‑App‑Token. deactivated linked devices etc. nothing helped

     

  • EA_LunardustCat​ , Still the problem is not resolved. yesterday i have spoken with your technical support team Aakash Meena under the case id 247982612, as they confirmed that they have reported to bug investigation team and issue will be resolved. But, we didn't get the solution and the problem is also not resolved til now. what we have to do?
