Can any one help me with how to resolve this issue, friends list not loading issue.

    Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try the following steps:

    • Clear your device’s cache.
    • Add an exception for the EA app in your firewall and antivirus software.
    • Temporarily disable any VPNs or proxy services you may be using.

    Let me know if the issue persists after trying these steps.

    Hello, i have the same issue for 3- 4 days. I have followed all the steps that the AI ​​recommended to me. cleared cache from EA app, DNS, app reinstall. deleted EA‑App‑Token. deactivated linked devices etc. nothing helped

    EA_LunardustCat​ , Still the problem is not resolved. yesterday i have spoken with your technical support team Aakash Meena under the case id 247982612, as they confirmed that they have reported to bug investigation team and issue will be resolved. But, we didn't get the solution and the problem is also not resolved til now. what we have to do?

    Same problem.. 

    Here's my thread. Have yet to recieve a response. 

    Account stuck in Invisible status | EA Forums - 13444949

    Also, this problem just started about a week and isn't related to my firewall or router (and I'm not running a VPN).  On another note, I logged in with another EA account I have (a freebie from Amazon Prime a few years back) and I'm not having the issue at all.

    Thanks for providing some additional details. Could you also try the following workaround?

    Log out of the EA app, make sure the "Sign me in as invisible" option is unchecked, and then log back in.

    Problem still exist. I reinstalled Windows 11 today, but the problem is still there. "Sign me in as invisible", never checked that.

    sometimes i get this error now... and these hard freeze bug too. man this game is so broken

    Yes and we are being ignored about the Invisible status issue. I am not getting any responses when I ask  for an update. SMH.
