Hello, i have the same issue for 3- 4 days. I have followed all the steps that the AI recommended to me. cleared cache from EA app, DNS, app reinstall. deleted EA‑App‑Token. deactivated linked devices etc. nothing helped
EA_LunardustCat , Still the problem is not resolved. yesterday i have spoken with your technical support team Aakash Meena under the case id 247982612, as they confirmed that they have reported to bug investigation team and issue will be resolved. But, we didn't get the solution and the problem is also not resolved til now. what we have to do?

Log out of the EA app, make sure the "Sign me in as invisible" option is unchecked, and then log back in.
We are over two months into this issue with no resolution. None of the suggestions resolve our problem. Is this bug even being worked on? How do we escalate this? Lack of support is very frustrating.

Also, this problem just started about a week and isn't related to my firewall or router (and I'm not running a VPN). On another note, I logged in with another EA account I have (a freebie from Amazon Prime a few years back) and I'm not having the issue at all.
Problem still exist. I reinstalled Windows 11 today, but the problem is still there. "Sign me in as invisible", never checked that.
sometimes i get this error now... and these hard freeze bug too. man this game is so broken
Yes and we are being ignored about the Invisible status issue. I am not getting any responses when I ask for an update. SMH.
