My game keeps requiring updates??

I have updated the game like 50 times now just this day but it keeps telling me that an update is required ..? I've tried to restart both the EA App and my computer, bought a new pack hoping that it would "update it",  installed the brand new softwareupdate on my computer and cleaned out my computer so it has more space. I have a Macbook Air with now the Sequoia 15.4.1 update - please tell me that i'm still able to play on it... I didn't have any problems with this when i had Origin...😑
