my gf's account was banned permanently for no reason
we’ve already contacted EA support but there is still no answer. the account has been banned for no reason at all. i have checked EA rules again and there was nothing we could disrupt. their support service said that they will answer ASAP but we haven’t got any solution or at least any specific details about the case. the error is EC:107 and it doesn’t give me anything actually. i just want to get the account back and i’m sure that EA is interested in this as well. it really bothers me that EA did this and can’t actually tell me what to do or even what happened. we also can't use on EA forums because of the ban. do you know maybe how to get to them?
