my gf's account was banned permanently for no reason

we’ve already contacted EA support but there is still no answer. the account has been banned for no reason at all. i have checked EA rules again and there was nothing we could disrupt. their support ...

looks like response will not appear as all the applications were cancelled by a bot) thank you but i just need a way to contact EA directly

Sorry to say, we don't have anyone that can talk to you about the ban. The best thing you can do is submit another dispute. That can be done with the instructions in this article.
