Sorry for any alarm with this situation. One of the main reasons we'll see this happen is if there are multiple accounts involved.
In this particular case, the account you're posting with doesn't appear to have any of those packs registered, so most likely there's another EA account that was used to install everything previously.
I would first try logging back in with any other emails you may have used in the past. If you can't recall or can no longer access another email or account, it would be best to contact support directly so they can take a look with you and help track down and update any needed login details.
