Need help, Bought Kit, was charged twice can't get refund!
I don't know where else to put this here, I can't get help from my account, can't get help from EA Help on Twitter, since it's just a BOT, can't find even a phone number to get help on the website or anything. So here I am.
Moments ago I decided to buy the new kit Sleek Bathroom kit, I had trouble with trying to get the thing to show I bought the kit the first time, so I hit pay again, then it went, but then I was got an email saying I was charged twice for it.
So I went to my account, thought that like Steam, EA MIGHT, allow me to get a refund on it, since I just bought it, but because they don't have the Great Game Guarantee on the kits, apparently, I can't get a refund. And their help BOTS on the website or on Twitter/X, also won't help, I have been charged double for the same thing.
I can't even find a phone number to call, which we used to be able to do. So I decided to come here to see if I can get help, see if EA will pay attention and help me with this.
If I don't get this taking care of, I can guarantee this will be the LAST time I buy ANYTHING from EA ever again.
To not even allow a refund even after only a minute of owning something, is just wrong, and just plan old greed.
Good thing I didn't buy both Kits or I might be out 10 bucks, instead of $5.29.
And please don't just come on here telling me I need to go someplace else, because I've been to the EA account, and EA help both on the site and Twitter/X, and I got no help from the bot because it didn't even understand my problem, since it doesn't fit with the few questions they have for you to choose from.
