Never got a product code

I bought The Sims™ 4 Eco Lifestyle few days ago, I got the confirmation email but not product code. I can see the game on my account in the order history but cannot find any way to connect to the game. I tried looking up th game again on your website but couldn't find it. I also downloaded the app to my Mac but couldn't find the game there as well. please help or bring me back my money. thank you!

    Hey @8g1r779v02r8,

    If you've bought the game on the EA app then you won't receive a product code, it'll just be automatically added to your account. Eco Lifestyle is an expansion to the base Sims game, you should see the relevant content pop up once you launch that. If it's still not popping up, could you try repairing your Sims 4 game and clearing the EA app cache?
