New Sims 4 Kits Not Installing after purchase/download/install

I've purchased one of the newest kits (The First Fits Kit) and its doing the exact same thing. When I go into CAS, it doesn't show up, even if I put the Kits tag. I've tried the following steps, clea...

Another important thing to mention is that I contacted the help center and they told me there was nothing that could be done because no even a purchase trial was appearing in the system.

They told me that I should try to get answers through here.

Please try the troubleshooting steps listed out here to help with this error. You may also want to try a different payment method as well.

    I’ve already tried all payments methods and none worked. The troubleshooting steps didn’t help.

      Do you get an error if you try from the website version instead here?
