no edit button next to spend limit

i am trying to buy a sims bundle but it says i have to adjust my spend limit so i looked it up and i went to my account then player controls and my google search said there's a edit button next to spend limit but i cant find the edit button anywhere on the page

If you do have spending limits set up, you're very likely using a teen account, and the spending limit needs to be adjusted in the parental account.&nbsp;
