Hey @charivnicky If the registration code does not contain English, it means that it comes from the region of the listed languages.
Yes but it’s not like I can buy a sims digital deluxe in English again, there is no such option on EA app or in the web overall. I need a fix to this situation not an explanation

This can also happen for any DLC packs if their version is non-English, but feel free to contact our support team so they can check if there is any available option in this situation.
the link bugs out to the help page and I can't start a new case, only view previous ones. The DLC is bought in EA app and I still have only three languages to select none of them are English. There should be always an English option, or at least EA should offer a purchase option for English version of the game, currently there's no options, even though my EA app is in English and all UI elements, the EA Account is in English but the game is not, and that's a problem that needs to be fixed by addeing English version of the game to all games purchased.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Since you are having trouble with your case, see if you can submit one without login in first.
- On our main page
- Select the EA App
- Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
- You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
- Select Continue without logging in
- This should give you the chat/email option
