@EA_Jason Got a new computer and went to try out BF2042 and keep getting this error. I have EA Play and Xbox Ultimate Game Pass and they are linked. However, I bought BF2042 and the key code was for Origin.
I have tried using both my EA Play account (Gmail) and Xbox account. I have repaired game files, I have cleared cache, and uninstalled/reinstalled and still having this issue.
I contacted EA Support which was a joke. The guy basically gave me links to click on and follow the instructions. That did nothing. He basically said he would send the information to his team and once they get enough complaints they will get a fix. So, basically, I need to wait for an official patch before this is fixed (if it even fixes it!).
Anything else I can do or try? Or do I have a broken game? FYI, I never had this issue on my older rig (It's been 1 weeks since I've upgraded).
