No internet connection - nothing works & have tried everything.

    Solved - I had to delete my mcafee anti virus. That literally sold everything. I don't know why or if other antivirus software will have the same impact?

I have the same issue and no agent on EA help desk will do anything to help me. I have talked to three. They just forward me here. There's got to be something software wise that is happening for them to fix. I am incredibly frustrated.
