I've tried restating my router, disabling firewalls, reinstalling the app but nothing will work??
I now cannot update the sims 4 and can't play at all. Anyone have any ideas of what to do?? This has been like it for months with the ea app not working properly but this is new (not being able to play at all). My internet is working fine on my Mac so I really don't know what the issue is at this point.

I have the same issue. Had to deliver my pc to service and they told me something is blocking the internett from working. No wi-fi is poping up. Now it is working again but I Get the error code 10007, and suspect the same issue Will start soon again. So the ea app i blocking the Internett.
I have the same issue what's going on 4 days now it'll take me to the EA verification page and pretty much just close out it's been 4 days it's so frustrating
Did you look at your Wi-Fi connection? I had the same issue but for some reason, my Wi-Fi connection was not private. I changed it and it worked.
