No menu bar on Mac

So I'm trying to clear my EA cache files in an attempt to be able to update my Sims 4 but I CANNOT for the life of me seem to find the "menu bar" thats supposed to be at the top left? I need it to get to the help menu to clear my cache files. I've watched YouTube videos, uninstalled the EA app, reinstalled,  I've restarted my computer, etc, I need help I want to play so bad. (Unrelated but my Sims 4 game won't update or repair, that's why I'm trying to clear the cache files)
