Not Letting Me Re-Download the Sims4

Question

Hi, if anyone can help I will be really grateful and it will be much appreciated! But basically I tried to repair some files (I think for my add-ons and stuff) but it wouldn't let me, and because I hadn't repaired them I couldn't play the sims. It kept on saying I had a file missing, so I deleted the sims and tried to re-download it. When I tried to re-download it, it wouldn't let me and popped up with the same message again. I don't know what to do and how to get the sims back.

I noticed that it keeps on telling me to find a file about an antivirus thing? I don't know how to do it either I'm not good with all the file stuff.

Hi,&nbsp;I've been trying to update my game. But I get the following error. I have tried all solutions mentioned.I have also deleted all cc. I don't know what to do?Thanks in advance!&nbsp;&nbsp;
