Not Letting Me Re-Download the Sims4
Hi, if anyone can help I will be really grateful and it will be much appreciated! But basically I tried to repair some files (I think for my add-ons and stuff) but it wouldn't let me, and because I hadn't repaired them I couldn't play the sims. It kept on saying I had a file missing, so I deleted the sims and tried to re-download it. When I tried to re-download it, it wouldn't let me and popped up with the same message again. I don't know what to do and how to get the sims back.
I noticed that it keeps on telling me to find a file about an antivirus thing? I don't know how to do it either I'm not good with all the file stuff.

You'd need to follow the steps outlined in the error message and add the EA app and your game as an exception to your antivirus program and your firewall. You can see the steps on how to do this here.
Then try again to launch the game and it should work then.
