Old registered games not in library

I have a new Computer. There's no problem to install Sims 3, Sims 4 or some other games, but there are some games not listed in my library like Sims 3 medieval or Spore. I know they're registered! But they just don't show up in my EA App library. If I enter the Spore code in my account-site it is said it's already registered, but still it doesn't show up and, additional, if I install them from CD because there 32bit-programs, they will not install in the standard-folder C:\Program Files\EA Games but in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts.

I bought it once for much money when they were published, I don't see to buy them again.

Please help me, at least to get updates.

If you're not getting the chat option when contacting support, please try selecting EA account as a product:

and when asked for a subject select: I want to update my EA account information

The chat option should then show at the bottom of the screen:

How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.

Solved! It figured out I once used another email-address to register the games. Thanks for helping me to find out how to contact them and of cause solving the problem.

On this side you linked there's said I could fill out a form, but I can't find it. I just get a chat-bot in the lower corner what couldn't help me. And I always had just one account and the codes are linked with it. They're just don't in EA App library.

    Hey there,

If your game code is not showing up in your library even though it has already been registered, please contact EA Help Support so they can assist you in finding the account where the game was previously redeemed.
