Anthem, a game I own, will not launch through the EA App. I get an error saying the problem is on their end.
I bought a month of EA Pro to play Jedi Survivor and did nothing else.
Anthem now launches through the EA app.
I talked to chat support. They said the problem is not on their end.
Please, make it make sense.

I'm having the exact same situation. I already own the game. I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play. The game did not work for me when I tried playing it. I purchased EA Play Pro to play Jedi Survivor and now I can open Anthem without issue. There is definitely something wrong on EA's side with permissions through EA Play from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Can someone at EA please fix this?
