Think it's absolutely disgusting that they aren't helping us with this issue, I've been in online chat several times with EA about this and tried everything they've told me to do to fix it, NOTHING works, I was also refused a refund which in my opinion is Theft!!

@lesrichard929 That online chat is just one ping pong being. I have there 5 sessions with 5 different advisors. Everyone says to do the same thing in the end asks to restart a PC, that automatically closes online chat from my side because I write them from same PC lol. And yes, there still are no soluttion ☹️
