Hi people!! Sorry for my english. I have been trying the past few days all the things that all of you said here. No one works for me. For me, my problem was that the app thinks that y had the legion of down editon, but i own the standard. After several chats, one person madre a few changes and the app shows now standard edition. If your case is similar to mine i hope this can help you. See ya freelancers!

- 3 years ago@Gandalfarra My advisors did not want to do that... I even asked to do that, so I can check that it is edition mismatch, what I think it is, because I bought and own standard edition on PC, but EA app shows that I own Legion of Dawn.

I have the same issue with the Legion of Dawn edition. Last week it was randomly downgraded to the normal version and I could play, but it's now back to Legion of Dawn and I cannot play with the error in this thread.
