It is being looked at. I would rather not send you back to support as they can fix it but I'm hoping the team just updates on their end. You are more than welcome, to contact chat again but as of now we are waiting on an update. Will let everyone know once that happens.
I have the same issue with the Legion of Dawn edition. Last week it was randomly downgraded to the normal version and I could play, but it's now back to Legion of Dawn and I cannot play with the error in this thread.

@Artunias When you say it was downgraded. Do you mean that all content for that edition was changed/removed or the image you see in the EA App was changed?
Did you have EA Play at any point? If so did that expire?
The version you have cannot change unless you have EA Play and it expired, or you refunded the game and purchased a different version.- 3 years ago
@EA_Shepard It was only in the app, as far as I could tell none of the content was actually removed in the game. I have been submitting error reports for a while so maybe that temporary work around was applied to my account but then it went back...or whatever.
When Anthem launched I did have EA Play or maybe it was called something else at that point? A few months later I bought the full game, and had not had EA Play for a while when I purchased it. If I remember correctly I bought the full base game and updated to the Legion of Dawn Edition not too long after that.
So played Anthem solely through EA Play for a while at launch. That expired and I ended up purchasing the game in full and had not renewed my EA Play at any point. Let me know if I can provide additional info or clarification.

@Artunias Cool beans. So had a meeting this morning. The team is looking at making some updates. Currently, the only way to get it changes now is to have live support make updates on their end, or wait for the team to make the updates on the backend. Not entirely sure when specifically that will happen though.
