Origin won't load (Windows) How to download EA app?

Hi there everyone! Today i opened origin to try to get over to the EA App, howver it won't even load and gives me an error 20:403. i also understand that EA wants us to download the ea app, but where...

    I also went to the top of the page and was able to download the EA app through the link that was sticky noted at the other forum. Thanks! 

    BTW, easy download for EA app.
