Pack stuck on preparing in EA App for Mac
I have a Mac but Origin keeps telling me to upgrade to the EA app, even though there isnt one for mac, I havent been able to play ANY of my games when i did update, and they have been 'preparing' to ...

Hi, I just bought Crystal Creations pack but it's not downloading. It's just shows up as "Preparing" for the last hour.
I've troubleshoot by:
- clearing cache by resetting Origin on Mac using Origin tool on website
- restarted my computer
I also bought the Desert Luxe Kit and that downloaded very quickly.
Now I can't do anything on the EA app.
Please help.
