I bought a new pack for the sims 4 about 3 weeks ago and it has just been preparing to download since. I haven't been able to open the game or play since either. The only advice I could find online was to clear the cache but there is nowhere to do that in the ea app on my MacBook.
Hi. I am dealing with the same exact thing. I have tried updating my Mac and deleted so much stuff off my Mac and nothing. It has only been a week for me though. But still its soooo annoying. If you have found a solution or something please let me know🙂
