I've also been forced from Origin to the EA App and nothing is working. First Origin wouldn't close so I couldn't even open EA because it was saying that I was logged in already, even though Origin was automatically removed from my mac. I had to go through the Activity Monitor to close Origin. Now EA is stuck at 93% downloading Seasons and won't let me stop the download or cancel it. I've looked into videos that recommend clearing my cache, I've watched videos on how to do it and it says go onto the three lines on the top left of the screen. I don't even have three lines on my screen so I can't access the bloody menu!! So I can't even clear cache and I'm stressed and the Sims is the only thing keeping me going through Year 12. For the love of god someone please help me.
