Packs disaspeared
The EA app hasn't been working and so I decided to download sims4 on steam, I've spent over £100 on passes and they packs have disappeared. I've tried everything such as go back to EA app, repair it, i've litteraly done everything and I haven't been able to play for ages because of it, I'm trying so many ways but can't find any that work. If this is unable to change i would like a refund

If you're no longer even seeing the packs in your library when looking on the EA app, it sounds like you may actually be logged into the wrong account.
Please keep in mind as well that if the packs were originally purchased on EA app or Origin, you wouldn't necessarily just be able to launch them on a different platform like Steam. Please see this page for more information.
