Sims 4 missing hours

I’m missing almost all my hours on the EA it was over a 10000+ it’s currently at 3720 which doesn’t make any sense if I have been playing since origin was still a thing can someone help me fix this???  My account was made in 2019 so I know for a fact I have more than 3720 hours on sims.
