Packs won't install
On the EA App on Mac, the base game installs and launches correctly, but all my owned expansion/game packs say "install base game first". I have deleted Ea app, restarted my computer, no Origin files...

tatisim22 I'd like to see what your current setup is. Please first open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and list the game's location you see there. Then open Terminal, in Applications > Utilities, copy and paste this command, and enter.
find / -name "EP01" 2>/dev/null
Please post the results here. You can discard the ones that start with System/Volumes, and if your username appears, you can write [username] instead. But leave the rest intact.
