@Annawaambert Do you see anything under Manage > Manage add-ons? Even if it's blank, please post a screenshot. Please also post a screenshot of the App asking you to pay for Cats & Dogs, Realm of Magic, and/or My First Pet Stuff, just to go along with the screenshot of your order history you've already posted.
