Path not found / Can't find EA app shortcut

I've tried to reinstall saysit already exists.tried to uninstall so I could reinstall and it won't let me even while using uninstall software 

When I press Download the app I get the message shown above. ie; check path then try again.

do you ever get useful information on this forum?

I think ea has finally killed this game for me. I'm a 60 year old woman and I don't understand this enough to be able to fix this.
